Congratulations to Allyson Diggins who recently received dissertation awards from the Florida Education Fund and the University of Florida’s Office of Graduate Minority Programs. The awards will be used to support her dissertation research entitled “Understanding Physical Activity Behavior Among Black Female College Students: An Exploration of the Theory of Planned Behavior and PEN-3 Model”. Her research is situated to inform the future development and implementation of physical activity interventions for Black women.
