iRace
iRace welcomes new members
Alexis Tellis, and incoming Senior in the University of Florida Health Science pre-med track, will be joining the iRACE lab as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. She will be working under the supervision of Dr. Ennis and fellow graduate students where she will assist in data entry, analysis, and help with various small projects. She is interested in studying microblogging as a healthcare intervention, which will be the primary research idea for her honors thesis. She is currently the Vice President of The Public Health and Health Professions College Council , a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, and the Florida Cicerones. Alexis has aspirations of becoming a dermatologist. We welcome Alexis to the iRACE lab and look forward to working with her!
Breanna Dede is currently in her second year of undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is majoring in Psychology, with minors in both Spanish and Social and Economic Justice. She hopes to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and eventually build a career centered around the applications of psychology in various cultures. During her time with this lab, Breanna has been working on a project that examines the intersection between access to health care and individuals with HIV, comparing the differences surrounding health care access in relation to homosexual and bisexual men.
